Option “High Quality”

Orvaldi will, under the conditions stated below, either replace, repair or provide reimbursement for the Orvaldi’s Products and/or device connected to it when these are damaged as a result of peak voltages or surge. Orvaldi will reimburse an amount which is equal to the reasonable market value, the repair costs or replacement cost of the device, which ever is the lowest, up to a maximum 5000Euro.

Conditions:

This option is not the certificate of guarantee for your Orvaldi product. For the product guarantee, please refer to Orvaldi’s limited guarantee conditions, the valid national consumer legislation and the rights of consumers against the retail trade. The conditions stated here do not affect the conditions stated in these guarantee conditions.

The device for which a claim is being made Orvaldi’s product and/or any connected device) must have been damaged by peak voltages or a surge and must have been properly connected to one of the Orvaldi’s products.

This option is only valid for the original owner and is valid with original proof of purchase.

This option is only applicable for the Orvaldi’s products which were purchased as new after 1st March 2006 and valid for one year from the date of purchase.

The reasonable market value is the current retail market value for the same or a similar model with similar functions at the time of acceptance or approval of the claim.

All claims for damage based on this option must be submitted within 10 days, after the day of damage to Email option@orvaldi.com .

All connected device must be approved according to the valid CE standards and have the CE identification mark.

Option is not applicable to connected devices with inductive kind such as motors, transformers etc

The Orvaldi’s product must have been connected to a correctly wired and earthed plug socket with 3 wire connection. No extension leads, adapters, other earth cables, electrical connections, current protectors or other safety power points may have been used. The electrical circuit must satisfy all applicable standards with regard to electricity and safety.

For the telephone/modem line protectors, the telephone cable must also be correctly connected and installed.

Orvaldi maintains the right to inspect, or have inspected, the damaged Orvaldi’s product and the damaged device which was connected to it, as well as the location where the damage occurred.

All costs incurred in transporting the device to Orvaldi for inspection are to be met by the owner. Orvaldi maintains the right to negotiate the cost of repair. If Orvaldi, at its own discretion, finds that it is not feasible to transport the damaged goods to Orvaldi, Orvaldi can, at its own discretion, appoint a service engineer to inspect the damaged device and to make an estimate of the cost of repair. Any costs for the transportation of the device to the service engineer and for making this estimate are to be met by the owner.

Damaged device must remain available for inspection until the claim has been settled in full.

In the case of compensation at a realistic market value, Orvaldi maintains the right to request you to transfer the rights of ownership and the device concerned to Orvaldi.

There is no cover for damage caused as a result of using the Orvaldi product for any other purpose than its intended use.

There is no cover for damage caused by anything other than peak voltages and surges to the Orvaldi circuit, with the exception of damage, as a result of peak voltages, to telephone connections for as far as the Orvaldi product is intended to offer protection against this.

There is no cover for damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, erosion, normal wear, deterioration, ageing or damage due to faults in or unauthorized alterations to the low-voltage supply.

This option becomes invalid after incorrect use, misuse, the reversal of polarity, modification, carelessness or when the Orvaldi product is altered in any way whatsoever.

In the case of no cover or an invalid option, costs incurred by Orvaldi will be recovered from the applicant.

Orvaldi is in no way whatsoever liable for incidental, exceptional, indirect, multiple or consequential damage, such as the loss of income, profit or savings, device being put out of operation, the loss of software or information, claims made by third parties, personal injury, nor work necessary to repair the damage.

This Option is only valid in whole world except of USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico.

Все устройство должно быть одобрено согласно действительным стандартам CE и иметь опознавательный знак CE.

Продукт Orvaldi, должен быть, включен в правильно зашитым и земные розетки с 3 проводными сетей.. Электросеть должна удовлетворить все применимые стандарты относительно электричества и безопасности.

Для защитников линии телефона/модема, телефонный кабель должен быть правильно связан и установлен.

Orvaldi поддерживает право осмотреть, продукт Orvaldi и поврежденное устройство, которое было связано с этим, в местоположению, где повреждение произошло.

Все затраты, понесенные в транспортировке устройства Orvaldi для осмотра должны быть покрыты владельцем. Orvaldi поддерживает право договориться о стоимости ремонта. Если Orvaldi, по его собственному усмотрению, находит, что не выполнимо транспортировать товары Orvaldi, по его собственному усмотрению, может назначить инженера, чтобы осмотреть поврежденное устройство и сделать оценку стоимости ремонта. Любые затраты для транспортировки инженера, чтобы делать эту оценку должны быть покрыты владельцем.

Поврежденное устройство должно остаться доступным для осмотра, пока требование не было улажено полностью.

В случае компенсации в реалистической рыночной стоимости, Orvaldi поддерживает право просить Вас передать права собственности устройства к Orvaldi.

Нет никакого покрытия для повреждения, вызванного в результате использования продукта Orvaldi в другой цели чем ее намеченное.

Нет никакого покрытия для повреждения, вызванного чем - нибудь кроме пиковых напряжений и волн Orvaldi.

Нет никакого покрытия для повреждения, вызванного несчастными случаями или бедствиями, типа огня, наводнения, землетрясения, войны, вандализма, воровства, эрозии, нормального изнашивания, ухудшения, старения или повреждения из-за ошибок в или неправомочных изменений к низковольтной поставке.

Этот приложение становится недействительным после неправильного использования, неправильного употребления, измененого полярности, модификации.

В случае никакого покрытия или недействительного приложениеа, понесенные затраты Orvaldi будут возвращены от претендента.

Orvaldi никоим образом не ответствует за повреждение, типа потери дохода, прибыли или сбережений, устройства выводимого из операции, потеря программного обеспечения или информации, требования, сделанные третьими лицами, телесным повреждением, ни работой необходимой восстанови повреждения.

Эта политика действительна в целом мире кроме США, Канады, Австралии, Мексики.
